This page explains the service standards that apply to orders placed through this Keurig store.

Processing and transit

We prepare ordinary orders in 1–2 business days before carrier handoff. After dispatch, the estimated Canadian transit time is 4–6 business days. These periods are separate and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Availability and charges

Delivery destinations, available services, and any shipping charge are the options shown at checkout for the address supplied. Enter a complete Canadian delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking is supplied when available. Weather, carrier congestion, holidays, address corrections, and events outside our control may extend the estimate. For a delay, loss, damage, or incorrect delivery status, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos.
